Facilities Maintenance Technician
About this role
We are currently searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician based out of the Cleveland, OH area, reporting to our Insourcing Program Supervisor, to deliver high-quality commercial repair and maintenance services on behalf of one of ARM's national retail clients. This is a full-time, field-based role working primarily first shift, Monday–Friday with optional weekend assignments. This role comes with a company fleet vehicle and travel focused primarily withi. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with American Repair Maintenance in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
