Facilities Maintenance Technician
About this role
Purpose: The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving building systems and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and fully operational facility. This role supports daily operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and responding to facility service requests promptly. Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) : Troubleshooting, repairing, replacin. This is a electrical opportunity with HL Mando America Corp in Opelika, Lee County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
