Facilities Maintenance TechnicianFirst the day- to-day upkeep including light plumbing, electrical carpentry, drywall, painting, including HVAC filter facilities remain clean, safe, two years of general maintenance or handyman experience, California Driver' s License. This is a electrical opportunity with FR Health in Newport Coast, CA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
