The Facilities Maintenance Pool Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all swimming pool facilities within On Top of the World Communities. This is a visible position within the community requiring the utmost awareness of how actions and communica. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with On Top Of The World Communities in Dunnellon, Marion County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
What you'll do
- Prep and level subfloors
- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
- Cut materials to fit around fixtures
- Grout, seal, and finish edges
- Keep work areas clean and safe
