As a Facilities Maintenance Repairer I, you will repair, replace, and construct items for carpentry, roofing, upholstery, and other Airport building maintenance projects. As knowledge, experience, and skills increase, more complex and varied responsibilities may be assigned. Facilities M. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
