Facilities Maintenance MechanicCSUN strives to be a destination Major DutiesUnder general supervision, the operational efficiency of campus HVAC systems. Regularly proactively to maintaining clean, serviceable mechanical PREFERRED: California Driver' s License and EPA. This is a HVAC opportunity with University-Student Union in Northridge, CA. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
