In this hands-on role, you will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs for commercial kitchen and bakery equipment, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards. You will prioritize work orders, support openings and remodels, control maintenance budgets, and partner closely with ope.
