Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician Reports To: Corporate Director of Facilities Location: Multi-site (Corona HQ All 7 Hospital Campuses) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $68,640 to $108,160 annually Position Summary The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems across KPC Health’s seven hospitals and affiliated. This is a HVAC opportunity with KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. in Corona, Riverside County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
