Hourly Pay Rate: $26-$35 (dependent on tier I, II, III) Basic maintenance repairs with electrical and plumbing. Under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, they perform a variety of skilled duties within the city's facilities. Skills and Requirements Knowledge of: Methods, materials, tools, terminology and equipment used in the building maintenance trades including electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing and painting. Proper methods of storing. This is a electrical opportunity with Insight Global in Manteca, San Joaquin County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
