About this role
This Facilities Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the direction and coordination of repair, maintenance, and installation activities within Plant 5 Ti Cast and HIP. This position will lead the maintenance departments and activities, supervise an effective team, determine overall maintenance activities and priorities, maintain compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, interface between management and union officials, interface with subcontra. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Howmet Aerospace in Muskegon, Muskegon County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
