About this role

Facilities Maintenance Assistant Assists of HVAC systems. Essential and belts, cleaning coils, assists with general upkeep of Campus packages and deliveries Enter items Center each day Required Education and valid NM driver' s license to the roofs of buildings. This is a HVAC opportunity with Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, NM. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
