Estimator Reports To: Director of Preconstruction & Estimating FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Location: Onsite – Bellflower, CA Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually Job Overview Southern California-based commercial construction and development company Howard CDM is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commerc. This is a kitchen and food service opportunity with Howard CDM in Bellflower, Los Angeles County. Kitchen and food-service work — prep, line, dish, and service. Team members prepare food, keep stations clean, and support fast, safe service.
