Estimator — Commercial Construction| 24800 Forterra Dr. Unit 24752Warren, MI 24752 Milford, ???? 80,000-100,000 (based on experience) | Full-time Bancare has been building (literally) since 1972 — today we run two divisions covering commercial construction and bank equipment/security. We're growing our estimating team and looking for someone who wants real ownership over the numbers behind ground-up and tenant improvement projects, not just data entry into a temp. This is a construction opportunity with Bancare Inc in Warren, Macomb County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
