West Fraser is seeking an Operating Apprentice 1 to join our manufacturing team in a modern, high-volume lumber facility. In this entry-level role, you will learn to safely operate and monitor production equipment, support machine changeovers, and assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance. You will follow strict safety and environmental standards while tracking production data and quality checks. Working with experienced operators, you’ll receive hands-on training, gain exposure to. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with West Fraser in Russellville, Pope County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
