About this role
Electrician Lead This role leads a team of manufacturing electricians, overseeing daily electrical activities in a modern industrial environment. You manage a crew of 5–15 electricians, ensure high standards of safety and quality, and provide hands-on technical guidance on complex electrical systems. You coordinate work priorities to meet production schedules, coach and train team members, and collaborate closely with production, engine. This is a electrical opportunity with Aerotek in Mesa, Maricopa County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
