POSITION SUMMARY: The Marathon Detroit Michigan Refinery has positions available for Maintenance Journeyman Electrician. Candidates will be working in a heavy industrial setting with a high percentage of the work outside in all weather conditions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilit. This is a electrical opportunity with Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Detroit, Wayne County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
