Drywall Technician, Commercial Office Buildings
About this role
SCOPE AND PURPOSE: To work alongside Superintendents and Laborers on active commercial construction site to ensure installations and finishes are done properly. The Restoration Technician will work in a safe and timely manner, troubleshoot, and work as a liaison between superintendents and the job site. The technician will report directly to superintendent. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Include, but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigne. This is a installation opportunity with Douglas Emmett in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. Installation work — fitting, mounting, and setting up equipment or fixtures at customer or job sites. Installers measure, assemble, and verify a clean, working result.
