POSITION TITLE (Oracle title) DIRECTOR WORKING TITLE Director-Energy and Physical Plant SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT Maintenance and Operations (M&O) LOCATION Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC PAY GRADE Director Band 2 FLSA STATUS Exempt ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT No WORK WEEK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends for on-call emergencies) Position is not available for a Hybrid Telework workweek. POSITION PURPOSE: Provides overall management of the Wake County School Syste. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Wake County Public School System in Wilders Grove, Wake County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
