This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations : Moncayo Golf and Ocean Club, set in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club is seeking a Director of Construction - Amenities to join the Construction & Development Department. The purpose of the Director of Construction - Amenities is to manage multiple amenity projects to ensure each project meets the standards of Discovery. This is a construction opportunity with JUF Operations in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
Lo que harás
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
