DEMOLITION WORKER: 1. Knowledge and use of hand tools. 2. Punctual to job. 3. Knowledge of how to cutting torch and grinders. 4. Able to assist in laying pipe, handling equipment and associated work. 5. Ability to learn new skills - welding, torch cutting, laying pipe, sheet metal work, etc. 6. Full time position with our company. 7. Hours of operation are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Mon - Fri with some overtime. 8. Ability to speak English. 10. Paid Holidays, Vacation an. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with CIRCLE INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING COR in Compton, Los Angeles County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
