Full-time Description We are seeking a qualified Demolition Site Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project plans and specifications, along with relevant experience in site supervision within the asbestos and demolition industry. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to travel as needed. Responsibilities: Understand and navigate the needs of the Total Wrecking Management Team as well as specific Client nee. This is a construction opportunity with Total Wrecking & Environmental in Georgetown, Georgetown County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
