CUSTODIAN (Night Shift)
About this role
Placement is generally at Step 1 10 to 22 days per year custodial, maintenance, and the care, cleaning and setup strip and wax concrete, linoleum, electric forklifts. 1 custodial/ janitorial work; physical labor requiring California Class C Driver' s license. This is a electrical opportunity with San Jose Evergreen Community College District in San Jose, CA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
