About this role
Critical Facility Maintenance Technician Day Shift As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC- related client problems. Building walkthroughs, taking meter. This is a HVAC opportunity with CBRE Group in Saint Paul, MN. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
