About this role
We’re hiring experienced painters and multi-skilled handymen for commercial work from Corpus Christi down to McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley. This is hands-on finishing work on commercial buildings: offices, retail, warehouses, medical, and similar sites. If you can prep, patch, paint, and handle basic repairs without being babysat, we want you. What you’ll do Prep commercial interiors and exteriors: patch, tape, float, sand, caulk, prime Paint walls, ceilings,. This is a painting opportunity with F.C.R. Facilities Maintenance in Corpus Christi, Nueces County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
