Now Hiring – MIG Welder (Structural Steel) Location: Manteca, CA Pay: $20.00–$26.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime Available Balance Staffing is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a structural steel manufacturing facility in Manteca, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for welders with structural steel experience who are looking to. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Balance Staffing in Manteca, San Joaquin County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
