About this role
Premiere Property Services is looking to hire a full time Construction tech. You will be responsible for completing daily turns and remodels, for multi family properties. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience performing professional maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems, including trim and door installation, cabinets, countertops, subfloor repairs etc. Bilingual in Spanish. Duties and Responsibilities including but not. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Premiere Property Services in Lansing, Ingham County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.

- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl

- Grout, seal, and finish edges
