Project Manager - Grading, Wet and Dry Utilities, Site Concrete, and Asphalt Paving. Project Manager for a general engineering contracting firm. Preferred experience in Grading and/or Wet and Dry Utilities and/or Site Concrete and Asphalt Paving. SALARY RANGE : We expect to pay a minimum of $90k and a maximum of $140k annually for this position. Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
