The Construction Project Manager is a senior-level role responsible for managing civil land development projects through all phases of construction. This position requires strong technical expertise, project ownership, and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule and within budget while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development. This position requires the following at a minimum: Responsibilities Reading and interpreting constructio. This is a construction opportunity with Redland Consulting Group Inc in Littleton, Arapahoe County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
