About this role
Construction Project Manager Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, financial management, and successful completion of multi-family, life sciences, and other commercial based building projects. Working closely with the Project Superintendent and project team, this position manages safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, client communication, and project closeout. The Project Manager serves as a primary poi. This is a construction opportunity with Coakley & Williams Construction Inc. in Bethesda, Montgomery County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
