You will oversee many of our active builds, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, communicate directly with clients, and protect margin and quality on every home. This is a proven-talent role. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
