About this role
Our client is seeking a Construction Mechanical Estimator , you will be an integral part of our fast-paced environment, conducting construction estimating, budgeting, and bidding for a diverse range of exciting projects. As a mechanical estimator you will calculate the total cost of materials, labor equipment, and permits for mechanical construction projects like HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Your responsibilities will include interacting with architects, clients, business. This is a plumbing opportunity with Executive Alliance in White Plains, Westchester County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
