Company: Meta (through TEKsystems) Title: Construction Manager - Owners Rep Location: TBD Duration: 30 months Contract Type: W2 Compliance: Willing to consent to background check Start Date: October 2026 Pay Rate: Up to $100/hr Per Diem: Yes (for those relocating or traveling) PTO: 3 weeks Qualifications: 1) 5-10 years of experience with Construction Management of large-scale projects 2) Any experience in data center, critical facility, or mission critical enviro. This is a construction opportunity with TEKsystems in Cheyenne, Roger Mills County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
