Skilled and dependable Construction & Maintenance Technician to join commercial and residential roofing repairs and priming, finishing, and clean up. Install laminate , repair, and finish drywall to a paint-ready surface repairs and general building maintenance. This is a painting opportunity with Riverside Contruction and Maintenance LLC in Evansville, IN. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
