Skilled Construction Laborer San Francisco/Bay Area - Full Time Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience and skill level. Position Overview The Laborer / Skilled Laborer position reports to the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Assistant Project Manager-Superintendent on the job site s/he is assigned to. This position is responsible for all necessary manual construction labor, housekeeping, safety, and any assistance required by the jobsite supervi. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Black Mountain Construction in San Francisco, California. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.

- Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, and surfaces
- Empty trash and manage recycling
- Restock supplies and report issues
- Use cleaning chemicals safely
- Follow a checklist and schedule
