Employment : Full Time | Direct Hire Location: Winchester - (Various Job Sites in SoCal) Pay Range : $40–$45 per hour (DOE) Industry : Underground Utility Construction BBSI is partnering with a growing Southern California underground utility contractor specializing in wet and dry utility installations for commercial and public works projects. We're seeking a hands-on Working Foreman who can lead crews, operate equipment, and keep projects running safely, efficien. This is a installation opportunity with BBSI Southern California in Winchester, Drew County. Installation work — fitting, mounting, and setting up equipment or fixtures at customer or job sites. Installers measure, assemble, and verify a clean, working result.

- Use hand and power tools correctly
- Verify installs are level and functional

- Clean up the site when finished
