Construction Foreman
About this role
The Construction Foreman will be the onsite manager of up to 10 HVAC Installation Technicians to include their safety, daily progress, weekly progress, JHAs, spot inspections, guide, lead, teach, mentor, and communicate. They will work closely with the client and deliver all projects within budget and on time. They will work on multiple concurrent projects for one or more commercial retail clients while handling and maintaining all Foreman level responsibilities. This is a HVAC opportunity with Climate Pros in San Antonio, Bexar County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
