Concrete Supervisor
About this role
As the Foreman you will ultimately be responsible for overseeing field construction crews, ensuring safe and timely project execution, and maintaining quality standards across all job sites. You will coordinate onsite activities and deliver efficient telecommunications construction solutions. As the Foreman, your customers are internal project teams, customers, and local stakeholders, and you will make meaningful contributions to the company’s succes. This is a construction opportunity with DeAndrea Coring and Sawing, Inc. in Henderson, Adams County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
