Concrete Shell Superintendent Company: Wilson Building & Development Location: South Florida (Palm Beach / Broward / Miami-Dade — travel to job sites required) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $80– 120k per year, depending on experience (plus vehicle/fuel allowance ) About the Role Wilson Building & Development is looking for an experienced Concrete Shell Superintendent to run structural shell operations from footings through dry-in. You will be the person on the ground. This is a construction opportunity with Wilson Building & Development, Inc in Orlando, Orange County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
