About this role
United Concrete Products is seeking experienced concrete form setters with Wall Form experience. People with Concrete Basement Construction experience, residential or commercial are encouraged to apply. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Occasional half day on Saturdays Overtime after 40 hours *This is a contract to hire position* All work is performed indoors. Rate of Pay will be determined by experience. At least one year experience is required to be considered for this po. This is a construction opportunity with United Concrete in Wallingford, New Haven County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
