Concrete Finishers/Laborers Needed, OT Offered! This role supports commercial concrete projects, primarily focused on flatwork for new construction sites such as apartment buildings and hotels. You will work closely with a lead worker to assist with concrete placement, form handling, and general labor tasks on active construction sites. Responsibilities Assist the lead worker with daily concrete operations on commercial construction pro. This is a construction opportunity with Aerotek in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
