Concrete Form Setter Location: Waco, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $24 - $28 per hour (DOE) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Form Setters to join our team. This position plays a critical role in constructing forms that shape and support concrete structures such as foundations, walls, curbs, and slabs. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced construction environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship. Key Respons. This is a construction opportunity with Tricon in Waco, McLennan County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
