Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our field operations in Harrison, OH, and surrounding areas. In this leadership role, you will be directly responsible for managing a dedicated concrete crew, reading blueprints, executing project plans, and making critical on-site decisions to ensure high-quality results across both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership: Direct, train, and manage field per. This is a construction opportunity with Kramer Concrete & Excavating in Cincinnati, Hamilton County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
