Silver Star Construction is seeking a motivated Concrete Construction Foreman to manage field crews on heavy civil and roadway projects throughout Oklahoma. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest sta. This is a construction opportunity with Silver Star Construction Co, Inc. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
