Commercial Roofing Estimator Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. Estimator Duties: Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures Review estimates with management Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More Coordinate turnovers to the operations department. Create. This is a construction opportunity with Gpac in Dearborn Heights, Wayne County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
