Commercial Roofing Estimator A reputable contractor is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator. The position offers a competitive base salary, robust benefits, and a bonus program. Commercial Roofing Estimator Primary Responsibilities include: Developing accurate and complete job estimates. Identify project labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, written specifications and related documents. Conduct review and take-off of blueprints. Solicit bids from subcon. This is a construction opportunity with Gpac in Jonesboro, Craighead County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
