Location: Winter Springs, FL (Extensive East Coast Travel). Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Project Scope: Commercial Renovations and Structural Concrete. Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required. The Opportunity: You will serve as a core field specialist executing hands-on masonr. This is a construction opportunity with RokCrete LLC in Longwood, Seminole County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
