About this role
Seeking a hands-on Commercial Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of multiple commercial properties throughout North and Central New Jersey . Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance and repairs Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related maintenance issues Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment problems Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance Coordinate. This is a electrical opportunity with Trandon Associates, Inc in Woodbridge, Middlesex County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
