About this role
WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3-4 COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL INSTALLERS WITH A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE LONG TERM PORJECTS IN THE TOLEDO AND SANDUSKY AREAS. WE DO ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. YOU MST HAVE YOUR OWN HAND TOOLS AND THE ABILITY TO WORK ON YOUR OWN. PROJECTS LASTING OUT INTO 2027 WEEKLY PAY BENEFITS START AT 60 DAYS PAID HOLIDAY AND VACATION. This is a HVAC opportunity with CMI in Toledo, Lucas County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
