We are looking for field leaders who do more than manage the work happening today. Our foremen are expected to understand where the job is going, plan ahead, manage their crews, and communicate what they need before it affects production or schedule. What We Expect Lead commercial drywall, metal framing, and ceiling crews. Read and understand construction drawings, details, and specifications. Plan work at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Determine manpower needed based on. This is a carpentry opportunity with OSBS in Plano, Collin County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
