SVN Parke Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced commerc. This is a electrical opportunity with SVN Parke Group in Fort Wayne, Allen County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
